Hi I'm Dr Kevin Yong.
Are you looking for a new GP for yourself or your family? I consult 5 days a week, with same day appointments available every day, and provide a comprehensive GP service.
3 ways I can help you with your health.
1. Problem Solving
Do you have troublesome or worrying symptoms?
Infection, Pain, Fatigue, Injuries including fractures/lacerations, Skin lesions and rashes, Breathing problems, Digestive issues, Neuro symptoms like numbness/dizziness, Weight management, Sick kids, Sexual dysfunction, Low mood/Anxiety, Work injury?
Let's get you sorted. We'll exclude serious illness and get you started on appropriate treatment. Feel better and get on with enjoying life.
2. Ongoing Care for your Long Term Health Conditions
Have your long term problems expertly managed. Enjoy continuity of care with someone who seeks to understand your situation and cares about your health.
I'll help you learn about and optimise your health condition. Our goals will be to maximise overall quality of life, minimise the impact of treatment and prevent deterioration or complications of your condition.
I can help you navigate the health system, and be the home-base that you return to after specialist and hospital visits.
Ask about having a comprehensive GP careplan done. You may be eligible for Medicare rebates for allied health visits or psychology.
And we can get your routine paperwork sorted here as well - ACROD parking forms, Medic alert bracelets, taxi vouchers, Centrelink forms, home medicine reviews, driving medicals, insurance paperwork, residential care logistics etc.
3. Future-proof your Health
I am passionate about improving your health and keeping you out of the doctors clinic. I'll help you live longer and healthier with regular preventative checkups, immunisations, travel vaccs and expert advice on living well.
